Adopt a Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed

Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed Dog

Panchella the Dog needs a home

I don’t know how to put into words how amazing Panchella is! She is such an easy dog to have around. She is content just to be with you - whether it’s curled up on the couch or playing outside. Panchella (Ella for short) was sadly hit by a car before she came to the shelter and as a result has 3 legs, but you would never know it. She is completely house-broken and crate trained and will even curl up in her crate with her bone on her own. She easily keeps up with my dogs especially Max, who is young and super playful. She is great with other dogs after a slow introduction and older children, but she doesn’t like cats . Ella needs a home environment that is more on the quiet side. She doesn't do well when there is a lot going on or when she is overstimulated, young energetic kids are not Ella's favorite thing. Whether you are looking for an awesome dog that is a couch potato, or one that loves to romp outside, Panchella is the dog for you.

Panchella was brought to our rescue from the Animal Care Center in the US Virgin Islands.  Their shelter sustained damage in Hurricane Irma.
